- 3 Bananas - 1 Small Mango - 1 Large Avocado - 3-4 Cups Milk - 150g Greek Yoghurt - a pinch of salt

Cut up the bananas and mango and add to the blender. Scoop the avocado and then add it too.

Add the milk, yoghurt and the pinch of salt. Then blend everything for 3-8 minutes!

Enjoy the delicious banana avocado smoothie!
