Here’s my honest review of the Matta’s International Food which I got the bag for £3.33. There was a lot of stuff in this bag and despite the bruises on the mango- it was absolutely delicious!
In the bag I got:
- 3 jars of different Italian tomato sauces
- an apple
- a mango
- parsley sprigs
- spring onions
- classic falafels
- turmeric shot
- and a daikon
I love that I got a daikon as I gave that to my mother (she’s Japanese) so that she can use it as its a bit difficult to get Japanese vegetables where my parents are. I took the turmeric shot – it was nasty but refreshing but you should expect health shots to be like that. The falafels were great- I ate them like a snack on the side.
The spring onions and the parsley sprigs where used for a pasta dish that I made myself with one of the jars and I snacked on both the apple and mango.
Overall, Matta’s International Food is really great and it’s a place you should really consider if you get surprise bags from too good to go!
