Lidl’s Baresa Pitted Black Olives in Brine cost only £0.89 which is super cheap for olives! They also tasted amazing with an umami flavour!
The Baresa Pitted black olives are very rich in flavour as they are super savoury and have a meaty texture along with the saltiness, making it feel like it has an Umami aftertaste! The firmness of the olives really helps with the mouthfeel as they are also much fattier than green olives. I put these olives into a stir fry and they were delicious inside of it!
I also recommend eating this on the side with fish as it works well with any fish! Though adding cheese with these black olives is also something you should do too! You can also slightly dry them out like I did to make them feel meatier (do not dry them out completely, just enough so that the surface is dry!).
I will rate this a 5 star product due to these factors and that it is very cheap to buy!
