Lidl’s Way To Go! Biscuit & Caramel Milk Chocolate Review

Lidl’s Way To Go! Biscuit & Caramel Milk Chocolate costs (as of the time of writing) £2.19 and it is a very enjoyable treat while also being ethically sourced!

The packaging is brilliant as it is made of paper and has a nice feel while not feeling cheap, like a lot of paper packaging. It feels like excellent quality paper was used for it, and it is both sustainable and reduces the plastic if you purchase this over the other chocolates sold.

From opening up the packaging, the design of the chocolate looks fantastic and much more interesting than your usual chocolate. It also cracks easily to break it down into smaller pieces. After putting the first piece of the chocolate in my mouth, I found it had a terrific mouthwateringly crunchy texture, which you first tasted a toasty and caramel flavour. Then, you could taste the depth and complexity of the chocolate.

Lidl’s Way to go is also extraordinarily creamy and velvety and feels divine when you put it in your mouth as it coats the insides. Though the chocolate is extremely rich, you can’t have much at a time- which is good as you will savour it for longer and enjoy it much better!

If you add this to a yoghurt (either grated or in smaller chunks), then it’s heavenly, especially when combined with caramel syrup!

Overall, I recommend this chocolate a lot as it’s both delicious and it goes to help out the people who farm the cocoa! I give it a 5/5!
