The Lidl Dulano Pork Kabanossi costs only £2.29 and you get 180g (or 6) of them. They are absolutely delicious and the taste is immense!
The kabanossi is moist and not too greasy. This is great as some can be way too dry and this is not! On the first bite the meaty and savory flavors are intense. You can taste a slight smokiness alongside tones of juniper and black pepper. Eventually you will find a slight sweetness to the kabanossi and a taste reminiscent of paprika.
The kabanossi works well as a quick snack on the go as the packaging provided allows for it to be wrapped well. However, they do contain a lot of salt at around 1.05g for each one so you should avoid having too much at once. I also find that having too much (first hand experience) will also cause acne so have these in moderation. Additionally, these use nitrites as preservatives which some people may be adverse to.
Overall, this is a very great quality product and is very cheap for what you get as kabanossi can be expensive! I would recommend it and it’s also a delicious way to get quick protein and energy too!
