Everyday Essentials Milk Chocolate Aldi Review

The Everyday Essentials Milk Chocolate by Aldi costs £0.49 and is quite a surprise with how good it tastes! Usually, these are a hit or miss, but this one actually has a pleasant taste to it!

Surprisingly, the chocolate is a delightful milk chocolate! I originally had doubts due to how bad the chocolate inside Aldi’s Dairyfine Mini Delights was. This milk chocolate has a smooth texture and is creamy but crunchy at the same time. However, it is not as crunchy as their dark chocolate.

Unlike many cheap milk chocolates, this chocolate did not have an acidic or sickly aftertaste. Comparably, it is much better than Lidl’s version despite being more expensive by £0.04! Additionally, looking at the inside of the chocolate, I noticed no graininess, and I did not feel a chalky texture when eating it.

The chocolate does veer on the sweet side, but it is not too sweet to be unbearable. I found that it is mostly best to be used for cooking rather than eating on its own.

Everyday Essentials Milk Chocolate Review Conclusion

Everyday Essentials Milk Chocolate from Aldi

Overall, the chocolate is cheaply priced and recommendable due to the factors explored. It is also much better than its competition out there; most notably Lidl. Though if you are looking for good milk chocolate- this is not really it. However, it does provide a great substitute on the go. Alongside being a super cheap option without it being terrible.
