Lidl’s Vemondo Unsweetened Almond Milk Review

Lidl’s Vemondo Unsweetened Almond Milk cost £0.99 and was quite lovely, though it was pretty thin compared to Vemondo’s oat and soy milk options. I wouldn’t, however, recommend you use it for a coffee latte as the drink didn’t cream or thicken up, which was disappointing.

Vemondo Unsweetened Almond Milk

The subtle almond notes are excellent when you drink it plain, and it doesn’t need the sweetness that the original almond has since it’s already naturally sweet enough. The almond flavour is slightly toasty and roasted, which gives the aftertaste quite a bit of depth, which makes it relatively easy to drink on its own, unlike the aftertaste of soy or other plant-based milk.

I’ve supplied the list of ingredients and nutritional information for the unsweetened almond milk below the separator.
