Lidl’s Solevita Organic Ginger Shot costs only £0.95 and I’ve found lasts quite awhile so it’s a great bargain! The flavour is absolutely delicious and works well with many juices and mixes well with alcohol!
These shots are really great to have with tonic water as it transforms it into a lemonade-style drink (you can definitely taste the lemon but the ginger gives a kick to it that makes it like a ginger beer). I’ve been taking these everyday to help myself feel much more awake and active in the morning and it’s worked!
I feel a lot more energetic after taking this and without it causing me to gag as I’ve experimented with using the shots with adding it to lemonades, tonic water (as mentioned above), creating alcoholic mixes and adding it to juices. To my surprise- the ginger and lemon shot actually made a lot of the drinks taste much more complex and better so be sure to experiment with it and see what mix you can come up with!
Taking this has really staved off any brain fog that I get and it also helps to prevent feeling tired if I catch myself being idle so it’s helped slightly with my depression. Of course all of this is my personal experience with it and I don’t really know the scientific facts so only take this as my reading and not proof!
Overall, I thoroughly recommend this drink as it has really been something that has helped to make me feel much better and it tastes extraordinarily great too!
